She is very knowledgeable about Pilates, its purpose and how to apply to an individual's needs. I began with private sessions and was soon able to move into classes. The classes are challenging but not hurtful. Jan sets a pace that everyone can follow and schedules classes for beginners to advanced. Excellent studio and trainer.
