Beckett Farms

This place is beautiful and new. It has a great energy. But what really sold me, was Noma, the leasing agent that showed me the place. She was very positive and upbeat. She welcomed me with open arms and made me feel like Beckett Farms could be my next home. I can not wait to move in later this month. And you can thank Noma for that

So, I am editing my review 3 stars to reflect what Beckett Farms truly deserves...5 stars. After posting what you read below, the office (Caitlin) contacted us within 12 hours and set up an appt to review our concerns. I was super impressed with her maturity and professionalism. She listened with intent to every concern and stayed ALL my disgruntled “ramblings”. It was a simple error that inhibited us from receiving what appeared to be weekly emails that were being sent out from the office to all residence. We talked about what is important to us as residence and Caitlin genuinely desired to deal with every line item complaint/suggestion. I can honestly say that my husband and I are more than satisfied with our apartment management staff here at Beckett Farms.

We have lived here for a couple of months now and have a lot to say. The apartments and grounds are beautiful and management do a lot to keep up and improve the property. Me and my family feel right at home. The flip side to this beautiful property is the lack of communication between management and the residence. We have traveled a lot over the last 4 years for work and have been under 3 management groups. We are used to mass communication via email or letters at our doors on upcoming events, construction, delayed repairs, routine maintenance, delayed trash pickup, pet “poop pick-up” reminders, noise reminders, safe driving speeds, etc. While some people may see this as a nuisance to have reminders, it’s always good to have communication between residence and management so that their is no question on the standard set forth in the original rental agreement. The sign says, “luxury” and with that word comes a certain expectation. To be fair, there was a letter for a couple of group events sent out and a letter for an apartment inspection. That was great, but there has to be so many more issues addressed. Example: during the warmer months the clubhouse was extremely messy over several weekends and multiple kids were witnessed standing on the pool tables, trashing the coffee area and bathrooms and leaving trash all over the pool area. The expectation would be a letter sent out to remind parents/residence on the rules of Beckett Farms. No letter/communication was ever sent out. If that were my house, you better believe I don’t want to clean up after a disrespectful paying tenant. I would let them know exactly what I expect for my tenant and the condition of my property. If they need someone to go around to all the apartments and deliver these letters of communication then I volunteer. I do need some extra exercise. :) The management team had been understaffed for a period, but there seems to be some new faces added to the office and maintenance personnel. We do love the gym, the pool and the sweet faces we encounter in the office. We don’t want the bad to out-way the good. We plan to settle in for as long as possible here at Beckett Farms. We hope these issues will be addressed and fixed. If this were the case.... my review will be edited to reflect the 5 stars it would then deserve.

We have had an extremely positive experience here. Safe and new apartments, as well as excellent customer service and responsiveness to any maintenance issues that have arisen. The events held are well organized and fun (with exceptional food). My building has an elevator and that has been extremely convenient. Residents have been courteous as well. So glad I found this!

Beckett Farms is like living at an all inclusive resort 24/7. The management and staff are always greeting you with a smile. The apartments and amenities are exceptionally clean. My daughter and I enjoy lounging in the salt water pool with our friends and taking our sweet pup to the dog park to play.
Highlight- there are always FUN community events well planned out to help all of us residents to get to know one another (since I knew no one in the community this was HUGE)

This place is beautiful. The style of the buildings is very attractive. The pool area is gorgeous. There’s an impressive exercise room. The lobby is very nice and there’s a Starbucks coffee machine. I don’t live here but a friend does. If I ever go back to apartment living in Fort Mill, this will be at the top of my list.
