(December 3, 2020, 12:00 pm)This place is a hidden-in-plain-sight gem of a gym. It's right on Main Street but still feels secluded and exclusive. Nice equipment, great space, and not too busy to get a machine. Highly recommended.

(June 15, 2017, 8:48 pm)Bart was so accommodating of my workout needs during a short visit to the area. The fitness center is small and focused. It's perfect for shy, newbies who may get intimidated by many machines and people. Personal trainers are available to assist. It was simply nice.
