I don't complain to my Brothers' Auto Tech for the thorough diagnosis of my E350. I leave there saying, "Thank you God". My E350 showed a warning oil light. I immediately went to Brother's Auto Tech to report my problem. I was well received as an old friend; and offered a bottle of water. My car was ready to go in ~15 minutes -with a handshake. “I was told by my daughters dentist to go to Palmetto family pharmacy in rock Hill to pick up her meds. When I arrived I saw a sign saying it was closed for repairs. I was directed to the Fort Mill location. The staff at the pharmacy in fort Mill were amazing! They filled her prescription quickly and were apologetic about the situation even though it was her dentists receptionist who forgot to tell me the rock Hill location was closed and had been for months. They even called the dentist office to ask why they aren’t telling people not to go to the closed office. We will definitely use and recommend Palmetto family pharmacy to fill any future medical or dental prescriptions!”
