Morningstar Storage

When I moved in to a unit in 2018, it was still Extra Space Storage, but then bought out by Morningstar storage. I was happy with the service and communication of both companies while there. The unit was sparkling clean when I moved in and the facilities were always clean each time I visited my unit. When moving out this past weekend, we left the hand truck behind in error, Marty quickly retrieved it and set it aside in his office for us to pick back up. In addition, I’ve rented from other storage units that hiked up the prices every 4-6 months, I only had one small price increase the whole time I was there (early 2018-2021) All in all, very satisfied with my time there.

I needed a small storage unit for a short period of time while staging my home for sale. The manager, Marty, was very helpful and friendly. The facility is clean, well maintained and accessible 24/7. I will be sure to use this Morningstar location if needed again.

Great storage space, it is well kept, clean and climate controlled. Access is sufficient and well controlled. We had Zero problems in the 1 year that we used the facility. A++

Got a call this morning that our house move was probably not going to happen. We had mowers coming tomorrow morning. Now no place to live or worse no place to move our belongings. Made my first call to Chris and he was absolutely awesome. Walked me through his inventory and made recommendations. Even allowed me to put a hold on a unit while we waited in limbo. I can’t thank Chris enough for his willingness to help and so reassuring. If you are looking for a storage place I highly recommend Morningstar.

Our experience with Morningstar Storage in Ft Mill was excellent! The facility was clean, air conditioned, convenient, accessible, and the office management was courteous, thoughtful, professional, and very helpful in meeting our storage needs. When our logistical plans changed, we really appreciated the quick turn around in finding a large space available to store our belongings until we were able to close on our house. To top off a great experience, the free moving truck was a life saver. I highly recommend Morningstar Storage in Ft Mill to anyone.
