Came here for the first time today to make my first ever donation. Staff was very informative on the process and everything that went along with it. I felt faint twice during my donation (mostly because I hadn’t eaten the right foods before coming there) and staff was very understanding and helpful to make sure I was feeling alright. You get 50 dollars for your first donation 75 the second. The only reason I give this place 4 stars and not 5 is because no one is allowed to sit with u during the process. Being a first time donor and hearing about other places letting people sit with you I was very surprised my freind was not allowed. This made the expirence a little more nerve wrecking for me and I think there should be a system in place where people can have company with them, especially if they are nervous. But overall good expirence. Everything was done correctly and as fast as possible. Will be coming back.
I gave Plasma for the first time in 25 years here. They were polite and professional and everything went very smoothly. I went at a time when I wasn't in a rush and expected it to take 3 hours. I was done with everything in about 2 hours. I plan to give twice a week and it feels good knowing that I may be helping to save lives. The extra money I will make from giving doesn't hurt my feelings either.
Friendly staff, very helpful, and wasn't here very long. Clean and organized
