(June 27, 2018, 12:39 pm)Really enjoy working out here. I think the pricing is reasonable and affordable compared to some other 9Rounds in surrounding areas. This was an important requirement for me when looking for a new place to try. Other important factors that I love include the location and the fact that workouts are not only 30 minutes but at not specific start time. I can show up and jump into the rotation whereas other gyms in the area offered only specific classes as __ time on __ day. 9Rounds is easier to fit into my busy schedule as a full-time working Mom.
- The trainers here are very friendly and personable. They are helpful in explaining workouts as well as pushing me to do more and make the most of my workout. They also modify stations to better fit my level of fitness.
- I like how the workouts are never the same and my body can't just settle into a routine like running on a treadmill every day.
- I joined with a goal of getting healthier, stronger, and wanted to lose the rest of my weight gained during pregnancy. I was able to lose 11 lbs in just 4 short months AND keep it off. I've lost over 10 inches, gained muscle and have better endurance all while only working out anywhere from 2-4 times/week (depending on the week). I don't diet but eat as balanced a diet as I can.
- The kickboxing-based routines are simply fun as well.
- Only things I wish could change is possibly adding Sunday hours but it's not a deal-breaker (obviously) -
