Cowan Farms

Hands down one of the best communities I've lived in! I moved down from New York and needed an apartment for a year while I got settled. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The manager Jon even came himself to help me with some maintenance issues I was having. The girls in the leasing office were incredibly knowledgeable about the area and were always so helpful. 10/10 would recommend Cowan Farms for anyone who wants a wonderful community.

I have lived at Cowan Farms for a few years and love it! The neighborhood is great, the apartments are well maintained, and the grounds are kept clean. I have had a great experience here and plan on staying many more years to come! I live in a one bedroom and it's a great floorplan, I am sure that the others are too, but I love my apartment, it is very spacious. I have always had good experiences with maintenance coming quickly and the office staff has always been very friendly and helpful, they even walked my dog for me before! They are awesome! Compared to other communities in Rock Hill...you can't beat this one!
