“My 7 year old wanted her ears pierced and we went to Claire's. We met Neely. OMG!!! What an amazing experience. She made my daughter feel really relaxed. My daughter wanted to cry but Neely was so gentle and caring with her. She did not cry!!! I have told everyone to go see her. I did notice she was the only one working. “This location is still taking covid precautions and are very set on it. When we arrived there was a line outside but the wait was only a few minutes. We went to let my mother inlaw pick out some items for mothers day. All the staff were very nice and pleasant. Several asked how we were doing and if we needed anything. We took advantage of the B2G2 candles, B3G2 body care and the 6for26 hand soaps.”
