Stephanie helped me switch units with ease. I noticed she had other customers walking in as i was finishing up and she walked to the door and unlocked it to let the people in to help them during her lunch break leaving her to go without a lunch that day. She is very pleasant to work with and the facility is clean.

Those Ladies in customer survive are amazing! They are so attentive to us customers. They saved me a bunch of money! I would love to come year after year GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I have been very impressed with Extra Space Storage on Guilford from the moment I first arrived, to when I vacated, and my esteem of this place has only grown over time. Stephanie Davis, the store manager, was always super courteous, kind helpful and friendly, as are all the staff who have worked there in the past year. This place is always clean, safe, and well run. Thank you so much for all you do!!

Extra space was amazing for my one and a half year stay with them. Effective communication, consistent reminders of my bill, the unit number and emails/calls to check in were just the icing on the cake. I’m extremely forgetful- I have adhd- and it is so hard for me to remember important things like due dates and bill amounts, when I had a storage place before in Bel Air in 2015-2018 I would get NO feedback from them about anything except when it was already late, but with extra space when my bill was coming up, the due date, amount due and just their constant amount of communication and clarity for me was so beautiful. Sending texts, emails, and calls were just truly how dedicated they are to the renter. The office ladies are great, consistent, and are amazing at what they do, it really made me feel like a valued customer. If I ever do store again it will definitely be with extra space again!
