“I recently moved and when my air conditioning stopped working just when I was expecting a houseful of company, I immediately contacted Brothers Heating & Cooling. I had received excellent service from them for the past 5 years and had enjoyed having their service plan. Daniel called me 30 minutes before his arrival. He was thorough, answered all of our questions, and got our system up and running. Thanks again, Daniel for a great job. I was extremely pleased with the service I received both from Brother's Heating Cooling Plumbing, as well as my service technician Winston. When I phoned to schedule an appointment, my call was answered promptly by an actual person, as opposed to one of those computerized answering systems. I was able to quickly get an appointment that was convenient for me. Winston called before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. He explained everything he was doing in a clear and "consumer friendly" manner, without being overly technical nor condescending. When he entered my home, Winston covered his shoes so as to not track dirt and debris into my home, which I appreciated. Additionally, Winston was courteous, responsive, personable, and thorough. I had used another company in the past to do my twice a year heating and air conditioning "check-ups" but their overall customer service was mediocre at best. This was the second time I have had Brothers at my home. Winston made me feel like a valued customer.”
