“I just have to say, I absolutely 100000000% will forever only go to this location and ONLY deal with the employee named Benjamin!! That man was the best person I have ever had the pleasure to meet and deal with at a Verizon store (or any other store for that matter) in my entire life!! He was a blessing and I am so thankful he was there. My best friend of 20 years just passed away unexpectedly and I needed a new phone and was TERRIFIED I would lose everything from my old phone from her. Benjamin was able to transfer EVERYTHING from my old phone to the new phone and he spent hours with me, 2 different days making sure I got the right phone for my $ situation AND transferred EVERYTHING for me. Not only my pics and videos but EVERY single text I had on my phone from the beginning of using it over 2 years ago. It was almost 28,000 messages he was able to transfer for me. I can not put into words my appreciation for him and what he did for me. I literally cried and I never cry. It means the world to me what you did for me!! The Manager there was professional, non-judgmental, and realistic. More importantly, he was honest and knowledgeable.
