“Dr. Dowell has been my doctor for 15 years & she has always been great to me. She cared for me during both of my pregnancies & delivered both of my babies. I know the changes at the hospital over the years has changed some of their systems & staffing but I find these negative reviews had to believe. She is quite speaking & may be mono toned but she is a fabulous doctor.”
