(February 4, 2020, 9:13 pm)I went in with lower back pain at L5 and S1. Dr Kauffman was my surgeon, and after a cage in the front of my spine and 4 screws and 2 rods in my back my nerve pain is gone. I was up walking 4 hours after a 6 hour surgery. A week later I was back at work on light duty. No issues, no complications. If you have back pain, I am sure he can help you.
