    I would recommend Solitaire to anyone that prefers a thoughtful and considerate staff over the typically pushy and condescending salespeople you encounter in chain stores. Sunny was extremely attentive and wanted to go above and beyond to answer every question we had, and was more than happy to accommodate my fiance's wishes in getting exactly the carat and style she preferred. They have excellent prices and a wonderful selection that rivaled anything we found elsewhere.

    We've been shopping here for since we moved to middle Tennessee in 2014. The quality is top notch. The service is 10 stars out of 5! Every person who works there is amazing, knowledgeable, and service oriented. Today I came in because the tungsten carbide ring I purchased shattered. They replaced it. The dedication to putting the customer first is sone if the best customer service I have ever seen.
