“We like to find neighborhood diners as we travel. It’s fun to watch friends & relatives come & join conversations with folks already eating. Most of the conversation is about the turn the weather just took or did you hear that Jack’s niece is pregnant, in jail, graduated from college? The food was good with home style sides; cabbage & turnip greens for me, mashed potatoes, gravy and white beans for my husband. He had fried pork cutlet, with fried cornbread. It was a great meal and overall fun experience. We did not make it to their gorgeous selection of desserts.”

“The front desk person was real friendly and helpful. The first non-smoking room we got smelled like stale smoke. She got us a different room that smelled much better however there were light bulbs missing. She was able to find us some light bulbs but then we found out the floor lamp was broken. They no longer serve the continental breakfast however it was advertised as such. She was good to tell us that right away though. The hotel has been through some wear and tear and is in need of some maintenance it was fairly clean and convenient. Again the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.”

“Great location, convenient, and very reasonable rates. Everything you may need within walking distance. Enforce covid & pet maintenance rules too. It is more than 'OK Campground' it is outstanding campground. My son & his girlfriend are parked there until they feel the pandemic has quelled enough to find an apartment when they get married; they love the reasonable rates, nearby laundromat, stores, and access to the interstate to their jobs. I enjoy visiting them because the owners are so personable and friendly. Great job folks; keep up the fine work.”
