(November 24, 2019, 7:27 am)The last time I went into express care, I made the appointment near closing time. The NP was so kind and patient with me. I had an irrational fear that I actually verbally reasoned out with her to find that it was completely not based in truth, but she STILL paid attention to it, even after I acknowledged that it was just fear.
She was patient and kind and peaceful and thorough—even when I came in when it was almost time for her to go home.
