F45 Training Nashville Nations

Everyone at F45 has been so kind and welcoming as soon as I walked in! The workouts are unique and offer a wide variety of exercises so you won’t get bored and the class goes by so quickly! I highly recommend everyone try a class at F45!

As a seasonal runner, I needed something to keep me busy in the winter and this was my best decision! Every day is different and with different stations, I am very entertained and the 45 minutes feels like 10. I’m seeing my body grow stronger every time and I’m getting toned fast. Even if you don’t know how to do things there, the coaches walk you through everything for proper strengthening and technique! Highly recommend!!

F45 Nations has a great crew of regulars and newcomers and everyone does a great job of being welcoming and encouraging. The instructors are great at offering the introductions, overviews, tips and advice as they roam the room during the workout. Glad to have this option close to home!

Love the convenience of this gym in relation to where I live. The equipment is great although they are saying newer stuff is on its way. The trainers are encouraging and friendly. First timers may have difficulty learning about the parking but once you figure it out it’s fine. Every review has to have some critique, right? So I’d say the size of the gym itself is a little small when you get over 15 folks in a class. I look forward to seeing how varied the workouts/exercises are. I’m told they are changed monthly so we will see. Also, the public heart rate display isn’t working right now but that’s supposed to change also. Overall a solid 4 stars. Gotta have room for improvement! 😁

I never thought I could be addicted to going the gym at 6am every morning but this place is THAT good!! F45 Nations makes me look forward to working out which is something I've never really had before. The coaches are phenomenal. Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging and just happy to be there! They have really built an awesome gym community and I cannot recommend them enough!
