Excellent experience!
I rented a parking space for two months and got an amazing rate, and also great service. I needed to get access on Easter Sunday, and Joe was available all day to make it possible.
Then when closing my account, I misunderstood the billing date and procrastinated my cancellation. Joe then sent me a check to reimburse me for the extra month of charges.
