  Beautiful, massive selection with very healthy looking plants. The staff was very helpful and courteous: I did not need help, but I was asked by 4 separate people if I did, which is amazing customer service. Pricing is very reasonable on all plants. Have a few hours to kill? You could definitely tootle about this place and never get bored. Highly recommend, especially if you're a plant lover.

  Went for rose bushes and came home with 2 hearty ones. Staff very helpful. As a nurse I was impressed that they all had masks on.It is very hot today.

  My favorite nursery in Nashville. The workers are always friendly, and they take very good care of the plants. They offer amazing shrub and perennial selections, and really know their stuff! It is always a joy to go here.

  I'm at the very beginning of my gardening learning curve so take this review for the grain of salt it's worth. I had a very pleasant experience at Bates Nursery. Austin was so helpful and friendly. He answered all of my (inane) questions with plenty of detail and really put me at ease when it came to planting a couple of trees. I'll be back soon I'm sure! ????
