All we wanted to do was extend our tabbed drapery panels out to 3.75 inches. The decorator told us we needed all new finials. We were able to purchase post adapters/extenders from Pate-Meadows and use our existing knobs for about $350. We had a few technical issues at first but through phone calls and emails, Caterina walked us through them. Very happy we found them!!”

You can tell there trying to “get it right” yards are well maintained, pool is clean, and trash is picked up and work orders are completely on time! **** Just one thing, PLEASE clean the stairs and steps! Trash, cigarettes, and stains and spider webs! It’s so beautiful here and then you get home and up close and see all that! Just a quick pressure washer would fix it ! Look into it !”

The office staff and maintenance have been efficient with any request concerning repairs (which have only been two) and any complaints. The ENTIRE office staff is absolutely amazing. I am always greeted with smiles and warmth. While we all have been affected by this pandemic, the office staff has been understanding, patience and the most helpful.
