“So my daughter broke a string on her tennis racket on a Saturday evening and had a match on Sunday early afternoon. We realized this location would string and had a good selection of synthetic/poly. I called and spoke to Austin, the store manager. Amazing young man! Professional, kind and most patient employee. I ended up having to call several times and he was always happy to hear from me. He offered to let me come in before the store even opened on Sunday morning as well as see if his stringer, Justin, was willing to come in early too. They both were so happy to accommodate and very knowledgeable in matching, as closely as possible, all the details of the string we usually purchase in a specialty shop. She chose some fabulous bridal gowns for me, and she even picked my favorite one even though it wasn’t what I thought I wanted, she was right!! It’s my absolute dream dress. I am dying not being able to show my partner yet, but I think he’s going to faint when he sees me, it’s just that beautiful. Can’t wait to wear this for our wedding!
