What they tell you is what you pay! That's important cause I had a dentist that overcharged me. He never told me until I got my claim from the insurance company. I called asking about the charge. I never heard back. Me and the insurance company called back. No one answered after calling several times. My insurance actually called again with me online on a private cell phone. They answered the cell number! They reimbursed me a few hundred dollars! Davis Gary is definitely a breath of fresh air!”

“I am a Parkinson's patient that is amazed by the care I receive at Vanderbilt by ALL the staff. So much so, that we (my wife & I) have referred several individuals to Vanderbilt. One episode that really impressed me was when I was making a trip from the Neurology Dept. to the cafeteria to get a cup of coffee, (and this PD patient was moving slowly), as many as twelve (12) employees of Vanderbilt stopped and asked if they could assist me in any way. (And it keeps getting better) The cashier said, "I have not did my good deed for the day", and paid for my cup of coffee! What amazes me, is that this attitude seems to prevail throughout Vanderbilt. I now go to Vandy's cardiology, as well as Neurology clinic. I AM ALWAY PLEASED!!! Oh, I about forgot to mention, we live about 2-3 hours away, and yet, will be seeing a relative soon to refer that individual to Vanderbilt. ”
