“Dr. Caroline Howell is my physician and she is the most professional, understanding, kind and patient doctor I’ve ever been to in my life. She always listens to exactly what I’m feeling and experiencing and helps come up with a game plan to help. I am so happy I discovered this clinic close to my house because I actually feel taken care of, respected, and listened to which can feel like it comes few and far between in the medical community in my past experience. Additionally, Lisbeth is always incredibly welcoming and sweet when I call to schedule appointments or check in. She’s very professional and kind! Christa also has a super friendly and kind demeanor and I’ve loved interacting with her when I’ve been there. I felt compelled to write this after an appointment I had today didn’t go exactly how I wanted. I voiced my concerns to Caroline and she listened to me and understood and we came up with a game plan. I was so relieved and happy and couldn’t be thankful enough for her poise and grace in resolving the situation! I highly, highly recommend this clinic to every one I know in the area. I have asked for a respray at no charge we'll see if that happens if not I will cancel and call another pest control company. I will update if a quality service is provided Update: they came back out and resprayed and we're thorough with the service. This time around I will say it was a 5 star service”
