“I cannot adequately express my gratitude to the folks at The Lodge at Natchez Trace. I was, like most, concerned when Mom and Dad moved into assisted living. But I need not have been. After a little time to acclimate I heard my Mom say, for the first time in a long time, "I'm happy." The Lodge is a clean, beautiful and friendly place. But the best thing about it is the people. Everyone I've met on the staff has been kind and caring as well as sincere and professional. From the Maintenance Guys (Bo and Kevin) to the Executive Director (Steve) and everyone in between the Lodge is full of genuinely good folks. And that includes, of course, the residents. Mom and Dad found an extended family at the Lodge. They quickly made several good friends and became part of a community that really cares for them. In short, Mom and Dad found a Home at The Lodge. And a concerned child couldn't ask for more than that.”

I that when I go in there they call me by name, they do have new employees, but the managers are Terrific as are all the employees. The only thing I do not like is how the changed their point system. “I loved staying at Pinnacle Heights. I stayed here for two years. The office staff and maintenance are all very responsive. If I ever had an issue, it was resolved quickly. The grounds are kept nice and clean. It’s also very quiet. Living by myself, safety was very important and I never had any concerns while living here. It’s also close to the interstate, which was a great benefit. The only reason I moved was because there wasn’t a two bedroom available, around the time my lease ended. I would definitely recommend this apartment community as a great place to stay!”

“My son Micah has been going to Holly Tree since he was 2 years old and now he attends the school age program on the days that Davidson County Schools are closed. I love Holly Tree, they have a lot of activities for the school and the community. Just recently they offered free speech evaluations, "who does that" No one that's who. They are great. They take really good care of the Kids and if you want child to have Christian values then this is place to bring them.”

“I have been a patient here for years and have never had a bad experience. I often have issues with the pharmacy needing approval for prescriptions from my health insurance, (like, pretty much every few months) and the staff / Dr. Hartman and NP Gabriela Lee always get it resolved for me THAT DAY! From personal experience I know that is extremely uncommon, and should not go unrecognized. Usually with other offices that approval takes 72 hours, and when you are needing your prescription that's too long to wait. Additionally, they are quick to respond to patient needs and no one makes you feel like your call / request isn't a priority. I would highly recommend them and am extremely grateful for the service they've provided me.”

“We were starting our search for my 87 year old father in law and we toured here. We had the pleasure of meeting Leslie and she answered ALL our questions. Sadly , my father in law fell and recently passed away but they were our top choice. She took many hours showing us the different layouts and called regularly to check on my father in law. I’m sure he would have enjoyed living at Clarendale at Bellevue . If the initial contact is anything like residing there then the residents must enjoy. DEFINITELY worth the look ! 5 Stars ⭐️”
