“I came to Nashville for a weekend trip and my car started leaking oil. I was absolutely stressed about getting home in two days. I was calling so many auto repair services (a weekend and most were closed) and came across Nashville Auto Repair. The service couldn’t have been better. It was a Saturday at 1pm in the afternoon and they told me to immediately come in and that they would take care of it. MJ was the mechanic who worked on my car and his care was absolutely amazing. I drove up and he started working on the car and I was out of there in 30 minutes with a fixed car. He saved my entire trip. Can’t thank him enough. “Quality of work is good. My only issue is the length of time it takes for cleaning and the hours of operation. Most places I have used in the past are 1 day max for 9 pieces that I usually drop off, lapels is a minimum of 2-3. This wouldn’t be an issue if the hours of operation were a bit longer. I work 7-5:30 every day in Franklin so by the time I get home they are closed and I cant pick up in the morning because they don’t open until 7 by which time I am already in the office. On their website as well they have “same day service” on one of the main pages but I have yet to even be offered same day service. The quality of good juts little inconveniences for me.”

“I have been meaning to do this review for a year! I’m still loving my smile, and I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Alex and the staff at Genuine Orthodontics. I had consultations with several orthodontists before meeting Dr. Alex. At all the others, I felt like just a number in a line and even had one recommend I get full adult braces for at least a year. Dr. Alex and Maleah were extremely welcoming and did genuinely (pun intended) care about me as a person. Dr. Alex was able to do his in-house aligners in half the time at about half the price! Bonus points that literally no one noticed I had aligners, and I teach music lessons to 25 students a week. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”
