Gentle Dental Care

The entire staff at Gentle Dental was so kind and knowledgeable. The receptionist was very welcoming, Frances explained the procedures so well and was very gentle, and Dr. Mao also did a great job. They were also very transparent with the cost of the procedures which I appreciated.

I have been a patient at Gentle Dental for a very long time! My daughter had her first experience, and it was a great one. We all love Dr. Mao.

I’ve been going to the same dentist since I was a kid and was reluctant to start somewhere new, but I went and am so glad I did. The dentist is great, the hygienist is great, and the staff as a whole are very welcoming and thorough. They broke down my cost for the things I need done, and also gave me different solutions that fit my budget instead of trying to force one on me that fits theirs. I can’t say enough good things. 🙂

Needed a cleaning and had not yet found a dentist since moving to TN. The staff had a cancellation and got me in nearly 3 weeks early. Walking into the office, it was very clean and everyone was so nice. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and professional. They answered all of my questions and I scheduled a 6 month follow-up visit. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. 10/10

Our first visit. Felt comfortable. Office is inviting. Dentist was very good at explaining my dental issue. I felt she was honest. Dental hygienist was kind and I was happy with my cleaning. No pain. Our new Dentist!
