“I’ve been a few times since opening and staff are always nice and helpful. I went in today with an issue with my vape and the coil and Blake(i think that was his name I’m sorry) was sooooo helpful! He knew without me even having to explain and he was so nice,helpful, and enjoyable to conversation with! Seriously a life saver and helped educate me on what was wrong. I was already happy because this new shop is next to where i live so I didn’t have to drive too far but now I will always visit this location!”

“Ken is AWESOME! I remodeled my bathroom using Miracle Method on the tiles/tub and Ken guided me throughout that process, helped me install a new toilet, shower head, bathroom mirror and light fixture- all perfectly done. He also did a fantastic job stripping years of old paint and prepping the walls to receive new paint. I had issues with my old paint bubbling (no exhaust fan in bathroom due to living in an old building)... he stripped it all and the new paint has not bubbled up once! Also, a great paint trim job as well. He also helped me fix a few door knobs around my condo that he just noticed to be off. So grateful for his keen eye and attention to detail! Lucky to know Ken and would definitely hire him again. Thanks Flip Construction! Still loving my renovated bathroom over a year later!”

“This Store had really gone down hill over the last year or two. That being said, they have REALLY turned things around this year. They have the most helpful and friendliest cashier I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I think she only works on the weekend and her name is Natasha. She was a high school math teacher for 10 years, has been married for over 30 years and has two children and 3 grandchildren. I learned all this just by watching and hearing her help Customers find things and run the cash register and I have only been there two times. Both times, she was ALL OVER that store, helping customers, hugging customers (both times, i saw at least 3 customers hug her when they came in) and then running the cashier. In fact, on both of my visits, she was the only employee I saw in the entire store. She was stocking shelves the last time when I first walked in. I know I have made this store review all about this one cashier, but she impresses me that much. Oh, I almost left this part out... the first time I went there, when she was working, the reason I first noticed her was because a customer brought in a potted rose bush as a gift. I have never seen anything like that!”

Our family just moved to the Franklin area from the east coast and I’m happy that I found an African market with all my favorites and excellent customer service. The store is very clean and very well stocked with all the essentials. The owner is really helpful and immediately upon entering the store I felt welcome. They also have a great selection of Caribbean products in addition to the African items. This shop will definitely be my go to for all my ingredients for tasty Ghanaian dishes.”

“I’ve been traveling to Murfreesboro for business meetings for the past couple of months. I stop at this Mapco location several times to purchase drinks, snacks and gas. I stopped this past Friday. I seen the new gas pumps and I was able to pay AND use my rewards card at the pump without any issues. From start to finish, it went quick and smooth. It will definitely help parents with little ones, crunched for time or bad weather. Kudos to Mapco!!! The store is clean inside and outside. Wide variety of beverages and snacks and fresh hot and cold foods to choose from. Always have experienced excellent customer service. Friendly, patient and helpful in helping find what I was looking for. I have to point out Pam. She creates a happy and engaging environment customers like to have. She is why I go to Mapco now. She did bring it to my attention, the Mapco Rewards card savings and perks. Clearly explained card activation, when and where to expect savings and perks, and how to increase my rewards and perks. Thanks to her, I now have over 2700 points. The reason I gave a 4 star is because of my two negative experiences I had was in the women’s restroom. Toilet seat had urine on it and on the floor, around the toilet. The other was no warm water to wash my hands, even after, I letting it run for a solid minute or two it never got warm. I will continue to return to this Mapco location for the great service and savings I receive.”
