We had them come cater for an event we had & they were amazing! The food was great! BBQ was like no other, with their homemade sauce it was the perfect taste & spice combination. Not to hot but just right. The catfish was the best I've tasted in a long time. You can tell they put alot of time, heart & love into their food. Whoever cooked the cheeseburgers that day was a professional on the grill. My kids are very picky & they loved the cheeseburgers. They were very cooperative with the menu we wanted & had a great communication process for the details of my event. I will be using them again for future events & I HIGHLY recommend that if you're hosting any type of venue, you give Mr. Eddie a call.
