This is not lesaint logistics. It is crescent and Cosco. You park overnight, and I was treated very well. Problem with broker, delivery listed from dispatch my company was 9.28.22 at 11am. Nope, was October 4 at 8am. Very logical and helpful at security check in, he went and got Warehouse/ facility manager and said get me In after 12, I arrived early to take a 2hr, but changed their minds as I was creeping to staging area. Docked and was done in 1.6 hrs. Sitting waiting on 2hr to finish.

I work for heartland express, had a 1400 apt time. Showed up at 12:30. Got put into a door at 1340 unloaded by 1415. 0 complaints here friendly check in as well

Great experience. Nothing to complain about. Was checked in earlier than my appt. time, given a door within reasonable time frame, unloaded pretty fast and best of all, the ladies at the receiving office(north side) were very courteous, polite and professional. Thanks!
