I was having trouble with my garbage disposal, I put in a service request and with in 15 min. Michael was here and had it fixed. I was all so having a little trouble with my toilet, Michael stayed and fixed that as well and was extremely friendly and kind.

Angela has been very consistent in helping me from renting to ending the lease. She extended her time and listen well to my concerns. Because my life circumstances has changed, I need to move. Obed came to inspect the apartment. He is thorough, details and kind. Explaining what I need to do to get the apartment back to when I first moved in. Overall, my mother and I enjoyed living at Rosewalk apartment. It’s very close to a nice park where i went to do Sun gazing. Across the street, many shops, restaurants , banks, UPS…..
What not to like living at Rosewalk when the management team is caring and very responsive to residents needs. Neighbors keep to themselves but friendly. Peace of mind and safe place to call home.
Sad to leave!

We purchase some standard items and at times special custom parts have been required and they have helped us in those areas as well.
