(February 20, 2020, 5:22 pm)Forest Hill East ; Ms Helen Ponder was excellent as the funeral director. Everyone was extremely friendly and compassionate. They offered the minor things to make our family more comfortable and were very kind. I received my husbands death certificates within 2 weeks and they promptly notified me. They worked very well with our minister. My only hesitation in giving them 5 stars was the time it took to get his lettering placed on our mausoleum crypt. It took 6 months and I had to make several calls, but it was completed. This was a prearranged service and I was overall very pleased.
