  I started out getting a flu shot that was given wrong and went to physical therapy and had surgery and physical therapy made the comment I should sue and I didn’t think it was a real thing so I looked into it and came across Mr.Will and he was the absolute best he explained everything that would be happening and the possible outcome and help up to his word on it all! Things moved along perfectly and super quick compared to any other lawsuit I have ever heard of. I highly recommend this lawfirm and Mr.Will Cochran himself you won’t be disappointed I promise you!

  If you ever find yourself in the unfortunate situation of having a vaccine injury, I highly recommend this firm! Chris and the rest of the team were amazing the whole way through the process. They were quick to respond to my initial inquiry and were up front and honest about the situation, process, time frame, and expectations. Chris, the attorney working on my case, even flew across the country to meet me in person where I live. It was the best service I could have asked for and felt very comfortable working with them. I feel so fortunate to have found this firm and would definetly encourage anyone else who experiences a vaccine injury to contact them!

  After receiving an influenza vaccination I have had continued pain at the site, muscle atrophy and and presumptive nerve damage in my arm. Mr. Will Cochran was wonderful in his guidance throughout the the entire process of reporting the problem and navigating the follow up procedures. He was thorough, professional, kind, informative and explained everything that he anticipated would occur. Everything happened exactly as he explained it to me and I received compensation that will allow me to receive physical therapy to aid in my recovery. I am very thankful to have had the pleasure and good fortune of dealing with Mr. Cochran and his firm.

  My experience with Chris Webb and this firm has been wonderful. I have been working with Chris for the past year-and-a-half on a vaccine injury case, throughout which he has been insightful, helpful, and responsive. Chris made what could have been a very confusing and difficult process both incredibly easy and stress-free. He has been prompt with updates, and every time I email him he responds within hours (sometimes even minutes!). He has been so patient with all of my questions and I trust him with my case completely. I know without a doubt that Chris put his heart into my case and has done everything he can to get me a great settlement.

  I had a vaccine injury due to an improper injection by a pharmacist. It took me 5 months to get the correct diagnosis. My primary care doctor had never seen this and did not believe my frozen shoulder was the result of this until the surgeon identified an injection as the cause.
  My son looked up injuries like this on the web and found this law firm. I called in and reported my injury and I was immediately taken seriously. I signed medical releases and very quickly had a visit from an attorney, Chris Webb who quickly traveled from Memphis to Wichita, Kansas where I live. He was extremely helpful, professional and kind. He educated me about the federal fund and the process to obtain a settlement. I followed through on this and I am near settlement end. Chris handled the whole process and I did very little. He was always responsive to my questions and concerns. It was a very positive experience for me around a very painful injury. I would not hesitate to use this firm again and highly recommend Chris Webb.
