Within a couple of days they reached out to either refund, resolve (and go with new cutter) or stay with my original order. They were able to get me an upgrade at a discount due to a un-opened customer return. Prompt replies & quick follow up. They are definitely great to deal with!

(November 30, 2019, 9:58 am)I shopped and researched for well over a year before bringing our vinyl cutting in house. US Cutter was at the top of my vendor list for most of that time. The day we decided to make the leap, I noticed that one of the cutters on our "maybe later wish list" was on sale for the same price as the one we were going to buy that day. It was such a good deal that I called their customer service number to confirm the information on the website. It was real.
I proceeded with the order... got to the shipping options and discovered that I could save even more by picking the order up in Memphis... less than an hour drive away!
Long story short... I bought more supplies with the savings, picked up everything in about 2 hours and had the equipment up and running by late afternoon of the same day.
One week and three projects later, our costs were covered.
Also, the Memphis front desk? Incredible!
