After a fault of mine in a pre-order in the mobile app (payment wasn’t processed but I didn’t know that until after I drove to pick up my order), the two at the drive thru window honored the pre-order confirmation on my app. They didn’t have to do that and these guys are my go-to for coffee from now on because of this great customer service in helping me leave happy.
