They have the fax to sign the paperwork but called Express Scripts and they haven t done anything. Does Dr Iloh know what goes on with his staff and if they are getting the job done efficiently. I just called back and they said he is in the middle of clinics and can't sign the papers to get my medicine delivered. He needs better receptionist because she was short and rushed you off the phone. If they were doing their job, they wouldn't have these problems and excuses. I like the doctor but he needs a more profesdional staff. This has been over 4 days and I need my medicine.”
