“The only thing about this place that I would change is their intake process, I would have given it 5 stars if it weren’t for that. Expect to be sitting in a room waiting for hours before you actually get admitted, id also recommend doing your assessment via zoom. But once you get past the intake it’s great. The staff in the landing are absolutely wonderful! The techs and nurses are all very nice, and really make it not so bad of an experience. The process group was always really good and I loved the yoga teacher. And I met some really great people while I was there. Everyone made me feel welcome and safe. I would recommend lakeside to anyone struggling! Dr. Boyd was also amazing and made me feel very heard. He also educated me thoroughly on the medication we decided on together! I am feeling much better now than when I went in 7 days ago!”

She listens to my concerns, provides a superb cleaning experience with gentleness, and is patient and thorough. She has taken the time to get to know me and my family who have also become patients. I look forward to our quick chats because it’s like catching up with a friend I’ve not seen in six months.😂 Dr. Messer is awesome too, and gives me the best explanation and next steps for my treatment plan. The office is also clean with beautiful decor, and the office staff is always helpful and pleasant.”

“love love love Dr Wallace! I go with my husband at times and Dr Wallace is always welcoming, courteous and just a breath of fresh air. He's also very knowledgeable in his field and really knows his stuff. Most places you feel like a number but Dr Wallace seems to recall every convo you have since your last visit. My husband was flattered how he recalled we were getting married and a few details we mentioned on 1 of our visits nearly 2 years ago when he visited him yesterday . Dr Wallace is just that personable and truly listens to his patients. I only wish my insurance was under his network so he could be my physician as well!”
