“This particular Walmart is a standard with a pretty good grocery department. However today, I had good employee experience. I asked a woman in the paint department if she tell me where I might find bug spray. She stopped what she was doing and walked me over to the other side of the building to find it near the laundry and cleaning supplies. It was refreshing to find someone with a good attitude and helpful spirit.”

“We had a retractable screen installed across our patio opening about a year ago. I like to wait a while before I rate a company. We love our screen, as does everyone who sees it. We have had a couple of service calls (minor adjustments) and Southern Screens has always been easy to reach for scheduling and always come at the time arranged. It is so nice to be able to sit out and not get eaten by bugs or annoyed by flies. Doug always expresses the company’s desire to make sure we are satisfied customers. “Very much worth your time and money. Some tours are too long, some are disappointing in the items themselves. THIS tour is perfect! Informative and kind of thrilling to stand where so many great stood, as they launched their careers. The tour guide was WONDERFUL. Witty and charming and he timed everything just perfectly. Everyone adored him. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. The gift shop has a higher-level of quality and selection than most gift shops do. 10/10. Completely recommend!”

Mr. Greg was very professional and did an amazing job explaining what he would be doing. He also offered to set up a complimentary termite inspection. He was very thorough, very professional, and very personable. Give Greg a raise! We signed up for regular service, so we will see what the future brings. But if today was any indication, I am positive they will continue to be excellent.”
