The Admissions Director has been very gracious and concerned that I felt satisfied with the admission process and she displayed concern for my Mother which gave me a feeling of calm. She encouraged me to contact if I had any concerns or questions. I believe this facility will be a good fit for what my Mom needs to recover.”

She is also very knowledgeable and is able to teach me how to take care of myself at home to aid in recovery. “I’ve been intending to review for a while and just got time to do, but my step mom was recently discharged from there maybe less than a month ago. My overall experience was good. Therapy Services was excellent in getting my step mom back to where she’s able to care for herself on her own. I was very pleased with that!!! Kristen and Latasha in Social Services was awesome in getting her discharged and making sure we had everything we needed. Her equipment was not going to be at home on time but they were so sweet to allow her to stay overnight until it arrived the next day. All the equipment arrived with no problems!! Yay!!! My step mom said the staff were so nice to her during her stay and that she enjoyed it. The only problem I did experienced with Quince was no one answering the phone after 5 when I would get off work to check on her day. I did eventually call to speak with the Director of Nursing because I was so concerned about no one answering the phone. She did return my call. She was very professional and patient with answering my questions about my step mom care. After that I did feel a lot better. I would recommend them getting an receptionist to answer the phone after 5. Other than that being my only concern, our stay with Quince was good and would recommend.”
