The employee, Wes, went out of his way for a good 15 minutes finding the right size ladder that would be able to fit in the isle and get it down for us, he was super nice and went above and beyond to help us. Then we got outside with the box and it wouldn't fit in our car, another employee (I didn't catch his name) that was outside, noticed we were struggling and came and helped us get the box in the car! “I want to commend Don in the produce dept. I was looking at some tired raspberries when Don told me he had fresh ones in the back at half price. He went back to get them for me, but came back five min later and apologized because he couldn't find them. I told him I appreciated his effort and moved on. About 10 min. later, here comes Don with fresh raspberries. He'd searched all over the store to find me. It's the kind of service you just don't see any more.
