We ordered a sign from this company on Friday 2/13/15. We received almost immediate response with what they needed from me. I wasn't able to provide the right type of artwork, so they helped me locate the correct department at our school to get the info. I sent them the link to where they could download what they needed and I had a proof shortly there after. I got a notice that the sign was shipped on Tuesday 2/17 and we received it Friday 2/20. The sign exceeds our expectations and the customer service was exquisite. Highly recommend purchasing from this company, we will be again!
