“I am new to TN in general and new to Portland especially. I accompanied a friend to their doctor appt at Portland Family Care. Now I had already read the reviews online and I was a little apprehensive to say the least. We walked in and were greeted by a pleasant receptionist who helped my friend get checked in. My friend was taken back to be seen as I waited in the lobby and I am really happy I did wait there. While waiting an elderly gentleman came in to be seen and had concerns about his lack of insurance and not being able to afford his medicine. The receptionist had the office manager come speak to him and LET ME TELL YOU.... I have never seen the level of commitment to patients and the kindness she showed this man. Once speaking to him he was in tears with appreciation. She stopped and helped him fill out necessary paperwork to apply for insurance and his medications. 2020 has not been the easiest year for some and what she did made me remember there are still good, kind hearted, caring people in this world. My friend was highly satisfied with her visit too. Mr. Tidwell is quite unique but in an unexpected delightful way. He did not waste time and gave it to them straight along with the medication needed to solve the problem. The nursing staff was great as well. I would definitely recommend Portland Family Care. I was an outsider looking in today and always try to remember when reading reviews on places I plan to visit that there are always two sides to every story.”

“My son started wit NuLife in early August after a bad broken arm that required surgery. His arm was locked at an almost 90 degree angle. As of today, we can proudly say that his arm is nearly straight and he has just about full range of motion. We cannot say enough good things about Les and Sherri and can’t thank them enough. The entire office is very friendly and helpful with any questions that ever come up.”

“Been going here since high school and I've been to a lot of gyms since then but this one will always be home if that makes sense. My only complaint is that there's only one squat rack so if a lot of people are planning on squatting you'll have to wait quite a while for your turn.”

“I have always had hard times at the dentist. When I went here I expected to have another rough time. However, I did not have any trouble at all. They staff are sweet and caring. They did my cleaning and then I returned for a cavity and crown to be replaced. The best visit with a dentist I have ever had. They were so gentle and work with you on everything. They make sure you are comfortable and check their work. The office is clean and they have a dog that helps patients like me that are nervous when going to the dentist. I highly recommend them for kids and adults. This is now my only dentist and my kids go here now. My husband will soon. 😊”
