I had quite a few questions as I was upgrading everything and he took it all in stride and answered everything. Tim is a stand up employee.
(March 13, 2022, 7:51 pm)Went in today after my phone went crazy with beeping and buzzing and then a message stated that I had serious corruption issues. I immediately went to the Elmhurst Verizon store and was lucky to get the software solution manager, wish I got his name. I was worried my phone was totally messed up. He calmly said it will be fine snd spent a a couple minutes fixing my phone and all was good. He was great! Thanks Verizon Elmhurst on st Charles!
