“WARNING: This review is strictly about billing Went to this clinic in 2015, today (2018) i received a call from a collections agency from primary care clinic. I never received a phone number or letter stating i had an overdue balance until the debt collector calls in 2018. Admittedly I move apartments almost yearly but they do need to change their billing practice as it relates to notifying people that there is an outstanding bill / what the insurance company didn't cover. Through all of this they have been very helpful and resolved this issue satisfactorily. If this ever becomes a 1 star review it will be because this has somehow negatively shown up on my credit report. It has not as of writing this.”

“I had been looking for a great dentist to replace my old lifetime dentist who retired and I was very skeptical with all the new dental offices that are around now. The very first initial phone conversation was very pleasant and informational knowing that they accepted my insurance I was willing to give this office a try. When I arrived Dr. Rachel's was on the phone with my insurance already getting information I thought he was an a assistant lol and when they called me back after a very short wait it was great to see that he was the dentist. It was great to see that he was willing to be hands on and on the phone getting insurance information on a patient. This office is a great place to be treated for dental. The staff always greet you with a nice and friendly smile never have to wait long to be seen. They always try to work with your schedule. The dentist is very professional and sensitive to your needs and situation. The office is always clean and due to this pandemic we are currently going through I have always seen safety measures in place. I would recommend this dental office to any one who is looking for a clean, professional, nice and sensitive dentist. And it's a plus that he is very handsome nice on the eyes to look at while receiving dental services.😉😘”

“Let me start off by saying that this experience was as much educational as it was relaxing and therapeutic. Yesterday, I had my first massage in over 5 years. As a Crohn's patient, I have experienced lengthy periods of time where I was not able to be as active as I would have liked, I have undergone multiple major surgeries, and much more. As a result, my body has been in need of some pampering and re-tuning and this massage provided exactly that. Having undergone major surgery, and being an ostomy patient, I had some reservations about having a massage, with my main question being “was it going to be uncomfortable or painful lying on my stoma?” I informed Mandy of my concerns ahead of time, and when I arrived, she was prepared. I had no idea that there was a pillow specifically designed for clients who are pregnant or unable to/uncomfortable with laying flat on their stomach for medical reasons. She had the pillow set up and talked me through what my session would look like. She asked me if I was comfortable and ready and if I had any questions or concerns. Because of her thoroughness and her true care and concern for my physical needs, I knew I was in great hands. The massage itself was exactly the relaxation that I needed. The combination of lighting, temperature and music helped to create a place where you forget about anything other than the fact that you feel the tension in your muscles melt away like butter. Mandy was very much in tune with what I was experiencing, whether it was enjoyment or discomfort. She noticed when I crinkled my face and asked whether or not it was painful and let me know that she could adjust, if necessary. As I mentioned earlier, the massage session was very informative. As she was preparing to work on my legs, I asked a question that I have been somewhat concerned about for a while. I said, “this might be a weird question, but do my ankles look okay to you?,” to which she replied, “that’s not a weird question.” As a lymphedema therapist, she is familiar with fluid build up in the body. I noticed the puffiness in my ankles following my surgeries, but I have had it for a while now and couldn’t pinpoint exactly when I first noticed it. I honestly thought it was a result of my regaining weight after a long battle with illness, but it was, in fact, a build up of fluid, which can happen following surgeries such as the ones I underwent, in addition to long periods of being sedentary. Being the excellent therapist that she is, she focused for a bit on my legs and worked to help break up the fluid that had built up and was visible in my ankles. When I got up from the massage and looked at my feet, I could see definition in my ankles, which I have not seen in quite some time. My straps on my sandals were looser today. To think that that much of a difference was noticed in one visit makes me excited to think of the healing ahead!”

“Sarah is the best! I started seeing her about 8 months ago, and today I am a completely different person. I was struggling in several areas of my health and had not responded well to traditional western medicine, so I wanted to take a more holistic approach. I wanted to invest in my health at a younger age, so that I am not forced to pay for sicknesses later in life—Sarah has definitely set me up for success for the rest of my life! She goes so in-depth in her analysis of any tests you do, and she takes the time to thoroughly explain your best course of action to implement lifestyle changes moving forward. Taking back control of my own health was hard work, but Sarah made it so much more simple and has been so encouraging throughout my journey. I highly recommend her!”

“Paige is incredible! I am so thankful for her help. I used to need p.t. weekly but with her help (and the homework she gave me) I am slowly getting stronger and spreading out the visits. She also works me in when an emergency comes up. I love the one-on-one attention, too.”

“I had a fantastic time at this place! My wife scheduled me for an appointment to be “manpered” and it was awesome! After my cut, I went to the bar and got a free drink of whiskey but they had all sorts of liquors if you wanted. After my first, I went ahead and figured I would enjoy the afternoon talking to the owner and his family while ordering more and more whiskey. Was a great experience!”
