Received professional, personable and immediate care. Doctor was thorough and answered all of my questions with patience. The assistant to doctor was very kind and caring. Front office staff were prompt with answering my call and fitting me in to the schedule. Overall a nice visit. And the eye irritation should resolve with the drops provided.
I had an amazing experience with Family Eye Med!! Top notch! They knew they jobs and were very professional and extremely nice! I hope the VA continues to do business with them. Dr. Ditto was very helpful with my transition over to my bifocal contacts.

Our visit at Family Eye Medical was amazing. The first lady that took daddy back to start his eye exam was such a nice young lady she was very patient with daddy, daddy is 85 and walk and move slowly. The doctor was just as awesome. The way my dad was treated at Family Eye Medical is a way I wish everyone would treat everyone. Thank you for such a awesome visit!
They were absolutely friendly and welcoming. Son had no anxiety and they explained everything to him before they did anything letting him answer his own questions and ask them. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs an eye exam or for glasses.
