“I have always enjoyed shopping at Sister's Whimzy. Their staff is friendly and helpful and the selection they provide are items that are perfect for gifts (or gifting yourself). However, I don't always have time to run into the store which is why I was so excited to see they have an online shop. A few weeks ago, I used the online shop for the first time, and though there was a snafu in my order, they went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I was most impressed that they chose to do that without me even asking. Their actions speak volumes about their business character ethic and how they perceive their customers.
