“I was feeling antsy about the Mini that I purchased (used, as is from a used car lot.) It was a great deal, I think. But, the next oil change seemed a bit too far off for my experience with cars. I am always checking that oil, and when in doubt, I go ahead and get it changed. So I made the decision to take it to Mini of Nashville to have it checked out. It was definitely due for an oil change, so I trust what I saw when I checked it earlier this morning. They got me in there, same day. I realize there are not many people out and I wouldn't have been, but this was necessary. I just have to say, that was the best experience dealing with car stuff. They are honest and I trust what they say, of course. They helped me work out a plan to fix the things that need to be fixed, tires etc. And it is actually doable, even though I have limited income at the moment. So I'm pleased with my visit today. Worth every penny as they cleaned the car as well. I wouldn't take Mini anywhere else, now! Thanks!”

“I needed a battery for my Ford Escape so I called them checking prices and they even offered to come to me if I needed them to. The battery is not in a convenient place and hard to get to. My husband did get it started and since they were the cheapest off I went. When I got there they were so friendly and helpful and told me it would take approx. 45 min. to fix. I had a couple of other issues as well (front blinker bulb and windshield washer) so I asked about getting those fixed too. I then waited in the waiting area which was very comfortable. They also had free drinks and all kinds of snacks! They were true to their word and done in the time stated. They fixed Everything and didn't charge me extra which I had told them I would!! They have a customer for as long as they are there!!”
