He has made so much progress with this place. He went from not being able to be understood to using big words like "basically". I'm really proud of his progress. Also, they're there to help. After speaking with Karen (I'm sorry if I spelled it wrong), I feel that these people are just doing the best they can. I felt respected and valued, even though it may take a minute to meet our needs. You do need a bit of patience with them because they help so many kids, and that's where their focus is.
