“I had a great experience with Dr. Byrd. I went to her after a previous dentist “fixed” and removed a filling twice, leaving it still sensitive to temperature change. Dr. Byrd did a fantastic job explaining what she was doing before doing it, as well as giving all of the options to fix the tooth in a way I could understand it. She also offered to reach out to my orthodontist (I have a very complicated jaw) to make sure everyone is on the same page. I left her office thinking my teeth have never felt cleaner. I am no longer looking for a new dentist, Dr. Byrd has my business.”

“The front desk person was real friendly and helpful. The first non-smoking room we got smelled like stale smoke. She got us a different room that smelled much better however there were light bulbs missing. She was able to find us some light bulbs but then we found out the floor lamp was broken. They no longer serve the continental breakfast however it was advertised as such. She was good to tell us that right away though. The hotel has been through some wear and tear and is in need of some maintenance it was fairly clean and convenient. Again the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.”

“Went in today to have a cyst drained that was poorly done last week at another practice in Arlington. My appointment was a 10 a.m and I was sitting in a room discussing the issue with the Drs assistant at 10:02. The assistant was very polite and answered all of my questions. I was seen by Dr. Woodbury a few moments later where he discussed my issue and the options I had moving forward. I decided to have the cyst drained and I truly believe he did everything in his power to make it as painless as possible while completing the task to standards. I hesitated making the appointment because of the reviews so I felt it was absolutely necessary to share my experience. Nice knowledgeable people, beautiful building; not sure what else a patient could ask for. I highly recommend Dr. Woodbury. -J.Nicholson”

“The only thing about this place that I would change is their intake process, I would have given it 5 stars if it weren’t for that. Expect to be sitting in a room waiting for hours before you actually get admitted, id also recommend doing your assessment via zoom. But once you get past the intake it’s great. The staff in the landing are absolutely wonderful! The techs and nurses are all very nice, and really make it not so bad of an experience. The process group was always really good and I loved the yoga teacher. And I met some really great people while I was there. Everyone made me feel welcome and safe. I would recommend lakeside to anyone struggling! Dr. Boyd was also amazing and made me feel very heard. He also educated me thoroughly on the medication we decided on together! I am feeling much better now than when I went in 7 days ago!”

He's also very knowledgeable in his field and really knows his stuff. Most places you feel like a number but Dr Wallace seems to recall every convo you have since your last visit. My husband was flattered how he recalled we were getting married and a few details we mentioned on 1 of our visits nearly 2 years ago when he visited him yesterday . Dr Wallace is just that personable and truly listens to his patients. I only wish my insurance was under his network so he could be my physician as well!”
