“2/21/2022 - They definitely got some new staff because since moving to Regal Inn, I haven't had much problem with this location. Staff and service has been very good lately. Old review from 1/29/2021 - Manager was rude and condescending when I asked a question about whether or not the coupon reader was working on the counter because the front desk had a note that said “Cash Only”. I considered getting something else after eating my sandwich and small fries while waiting for a bus because I had to wait longer due to the Rover Bus having technical issues. Needless to say I left after her attitude trying to make me seem like the rude one.”

“I cannot adequately express my gratitude to the folks at The Lodge at Natchez Trace. I was, like most, concerned when Mom and Dad moved into assisted living. But I need not have been. After a little time to acclimate I heard my Mom say, for the first time in a long time, "I'm happy." The Lodge is a clean, beautiful and friendly place. But the best thing about it is the people. Everyone I've met on the staff has been kind and caring as well as sincere and professional. From the Maintenance Guys (Bo and Kevin) to the Executive Director (Steve) and everyone in between the Lodge is full of genuinely good folks. And that includes, of course, the residents. Mom and Dad found an extended family at the Lodge. They quickly made several good friends and became part of a community that really cares for them. In short, Mom and Dad found a Home at The Lodge. And a concerned child couldn't ask for more than that.”

“Great price for a decent space and good service, however the floor is in both of our rooms were extremely dirty. At this exit no other hotels are currently available since one is still recovering from the tornado. Us eight kids slept funny fine and were thankful there were no signs of bugs or other cleanliness issues. For this side of Nashville and our budget, cannot be too complaining! Thankful to see the small kitchen appliances too though we did not need them, overall easy location and solid staff doing their jobs.”

We switched doctors within the practice when we weren’t having any success diagnosing his coughing as a baby (previously and prematurely diagnosed as asthma, treatments did not help). Dr. Bentley spent lots of time with us, tried different things, brainstormed with a specialist opinion and finally figured out it was acid reflux! Most importantly, my son vibes with her and doesn’t mind going to the doctor. About a year later, we are completely medication free!! “I have been a patient here for years and have never had a bad experience. I often have issues with the pharmacy needing approval for prescriptions from my health insurance, (like, pretty much every few months) and the staff / Dr. Hartman and NP Gabriela Lee always get it resolved for me THAT DAY! From personal experience I know that is extremely uncommon, and should not go unrecognized. Usually with other offices that approval takes 72 hours, and when you are needing your prescription that's too long to wait. Additionally, they are quick to respond to patient needs and no one makes you feel like your call / request isn't a priority. I would highly recommend them and am extremely grateful for the service they've provided me.”
